Full-Time Infant Nanny - San Anselmo, CA

First time parents in San Anselmo are looking for a loving, experienced nanny to care for their sweet 3 month old girl. Mom will be returning to work April 25th and would love to have a few weeks of overlap with the nanny for a smooth transition. The baby is currently on a good routine so it is important that the nanny will keep up the routine and be knowledgeable about schedules for babies.

Both parents work in tech and describe themselves as very organized, always like to have a plan and research things. Both parents will work a hybrid schedule of some days working from home and some days in the office. They have a dedicated WFH space detached from the house and want to make the work environment comfortable for the nanny. This is a long term position where they hope the nanny will become a part of the family and grow with them through the years! The family also has a very friendly golden retreiver. 

Their ideal candidate has an outgoing, energetic personality and will take the baby out and about to socialize and have fun! They would love their nanny to find classes and activities to attend with her and have playdates as she grows older. Knowledge of stages of development and activities to foster these is important. They would love someone with a lot of experience who can help guide them as first time parents. Bonus if you speak Spanish or Italian, but must also be fluent in English.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, potentially flexible for 8am-4pm. 40 hours per week guaranteed.

Salary:

$30-35 per hour DOE + standard benefits (Paid vacation, sick days, paid holidays)

Responsibilities:

Full charge care of baby and all household duties related to baby such as washing bottles, baby’s laundry, tidying toys, etc. 

Requirements:

-Ideally 5 years experience as a nanny, but at least 2

-Highly experienced with infants 

-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Willingness to drive the baby in your own car is a plus, but a car can be provided.

-CPR certified

-Covid vaccinated 

-TrustLine registered or willing to register

-Minimum 1 year commitment 

- Dog friendly 

-Open to travel

-Able to work legally in the US
