Part-Time Nanny - Scripps Ranch Neighborhood, San Diego, CA
First time parents seeking care for their 8 month old girl in the Scripps Ranch neighborhood! Up until this point they have been balancing care between Mom and both grandma’s, and the time has come to bring in some professional help! Mom will be working part time starting April 20th so their hope is start with a nanny a week or two before she goes back to work and have some time for everyone to get to know each other and adjust. Their ideal nanny will be really engaging with her and work towards her milestones, be attentive to her cues, and would love someone who has experience in helping babies nap in their crib. They value the experience and knowledge that a professional nanny brings, while wanting a nanny who can respect their decisions and ultimate authority as the parents. They would like to create an environment of collaboration and good communication. This is a long term position for at least one year.
