Part-Time Nanny/Family Assisant - Rancho Santa Fe, CA

Musical family in Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a part time nanny/family assistant for their 1 year old boy. Dad is currently working from home in accounting, but also does some touring throughout the year as a musician. Mom is also a musician, but is currently a stay at home mom as well as working on finishing her doctorate. They live in a multi-generational home with Dad’s parents, though they are in a separate wing of the large home. Their ideal nanny brings warmth, patience, and a lot of life experience! They would love for this person to stay long term and become a part of their family, they do plan to have another child in the future as well. They describe themselves as a very loving Christian family with traditional values, and their parenting style is gentle, but firm. Absolutely no screen time is a hard rule for their son at this age so the nanny should not be on their phone around the child. A bonus for them would be someone who has raised their own children.
