Part-Time Nanny - Playa Vista, CA

First time parents in the Playa Vista area of Los Angeles are seeking an engaging, development focused, long term nanny for their son who will be 4 months old when the nanny starts. He is thus far a healthy and happy baby, eating well and starting to sleep for longer stretches at night. Both parents work a hybrid schedule in and out of the home throughout the week. They are schedule/routine oriented people and would like to get him on a schedule as developmentally appropriate and they plan to do some sleep training. They like the Montessori principles, low tech toys, and playing him classical music. Their ideal nanny is nurturing, calm, can work independently, and has strong knowledge of infant/child development to help him meet his milestones. As first time parents they would love to be able to work collaboratively with their nanny and learn from the nanny’s experience, while making final decisions as the parents. They would love for their nanny to be with them for the next 2 years until he goes to preschool.
