Part-Time Nanny, Live-In or Live-Out - Santaluz neighborhood San Diego
Single Mom is seeking a calm yet fun-loving nanny for two children ages 5 and 8! Mom has been going through a divorce for the past 2 years, it will hopefully be finalized soon, she already has full legal custody of the kids and their dad lives out of state. Their ideal nanny is emotionally intelligent, mature, engaging, and proactive. Mom works from home and is seeking a true teammate, she wants the nanny to feel like part of the family. They are a health conscious family and cook organic meals, encourage kids to eat lots of veggies. Mom describes her parenting style as calm and emotionally intelligent, there is a strict no yelling policy in the home. She also wants to instill a sense of responsibility in the home and wants the kids to clean up their own toys, put their dishes in the dishwasher, etc.
Must be willing to do overnights and extra hours a few days per month when Mom travels and be able to travel with the family occasionally. They used to live in Spain so they travel back there and would love the option to take the nanny with them! Bonus if you speak Spanish and/or have a degree related to child development or psychology.
Mom is open to a live-in or live-out nanny. For live-in she can provide a private room with ensuite bathroom and private entrance to the home.
