Part-Time Nanny - La Jolla, CA

Sweet parents in La Jolla are seeking a part-time nanny to support their family and provide loving care for their 4 month old son who has been diagnosed with Epilepsy. Mom is a stay at home mom and Dad works from home. The nanny’s role will be to care for the baby so Mom can take a break, get some housework or cooking done, or run an errand. So far his seizures have not been randomly occurring, they only have happened as he is waking up from a nap. He is now on medication and they are figuring out the right dosage and everything to ideally prevent seizures from occurring at all. Either a parent or grandparent will always be in the home while the nanny is there, in the future as trust is built and they know more about his development this may change. Their ideal nanny has a naturally warm and nurturing personality, knowledge of child development, and is very experienced with young infants. Must be safety conscious and full focused on him. This is a long term role with potential to grow with the family. There is a cat in the home.
