Part-Time Household Manager/Personal Assistant - Rancho Santa Fe, CA
Busy family in Rancho Santa Fe is in need of an organized, proactive household manager/personal assistant to join their household team! The family consists of Mom, Dad and 3 kids aged 7 months - 9 years old. They have a nanny and housekeeper currently and are looking to better balance the workload by bringing on some additional help. Their ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar role supporting a household with calendar management, organization, running errands, scheduling appointments, managing vendors, etc.

Flexible part time schedule, looking for 10-20 hours per week

$35 per hour

Girl and boy twins age 9
Baby boy 7 months old

2 small dogs
Responsibilities:
All typical infant care duties such as feeding bottles, diapering, following her nap schedule. Engaging her in developmentally appropriate activities and working on milestones. Taking her on walks in the neighborhood, open to more outings as she gets older. Child related cleaning such as washing her bottles, laundry, high chair, toys, etc. Ideal candidate is open to some general tidying of the home, meal preparation, and errands on occasion.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional childcare experience, must have experience with infants as young as 3 months
Strong knowledge of child development and milestones for baby’s first year
Infant/Child CPR certified
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Self-motivated, proactive, warm and engaging
Trustline Registered or willing to register
Able to work legally in the US
