Full-Time or Part-Time Nanny/Family Assistant - Carmel Valley, San Diego, CA
When both parents are doctors they are definitely going to need some help! Mom and Dad are anesthesiologists and have two boys ages 9 and 11. They are seeking an active, mature, ultra reliable nanny to care for their boys and help keep their household running smoothly. This is a split shift role as they need help getting the to boys to school in the morning (school is a 30 minute drive from home which makes it a big challenge for parents to do drop off!) and then picked up in the afternoon and taken to their after school activities. For full time hours they would ask for some help around the house while the boys are at school with family assistant tasks such as family laundry, getting groceries and running other errands, some basic meal prep, and light tidying and organization. Their ideal nanny will be actively engaged with the kids, can help with middle school level homework (extra bonus if you are a math whiz!), and is extremely reliable. If parents have to miss a day at work that can mean a patient who has been waiting for a surgery has their surgery cancelled, so a nanny who rarely gets sick themself and can be extremely reliable is very important to this family. They also value someone who is self motivated, can problem solve, and flexible.
*Family requires an annual flu shot and up to date on typical childhood vaccines. No requirement for covid vaccine. Family also has a strong preference for a nanny with a college degree.
