Full-Time Nanny/Family Assistant - Del Mar, CA

First time parents in Del Mar are seeking a seasoned, long term nanny to partner with them on their new parenthood journey! Their son will be about 2.5 months old at the start of care. Dad owns a music venue and Mom works in real estate so they both work in and out of the home with flexible schedules. Their ideal nanny has a lot of experience with infants, knowledge of child development and milestones, and will be able to lead the way as the expert while being able to defer to parents’ final decisions. As brand new parents they are still figuring out their philosophies, but their overall goal is to create a loving, happy, creative, and adventurous household and be attuned to his emotional needs and development. Since both parents have very flexible work schedules, they would like this to be a hybrid role with some family assistant work such as laundry, grocery shopping, etc. during times when parents are available to spend time with baby. Bonus if you speak a second language or have a degree in a childcare related field.

*Must be up to date on Tdap vaccine. Covid and Flu is preferred. Must be willing to travel.
